To design a website for a residential complex by translating the brand’s corporate identity into a digital environment. The goal was to maintain brand recognition while emphasizing its premium positioning.

The Solution

Using the provided brand book, we established a clear visual hierarchy incorporating corporate color schemes and typography. The interface was engineered to highlight the property's prestige and streamline the user journey—from exploring floor plans to scheduling a viewing. The design adheres strictly to brand guidelines, effectively transforming print aesthetics into a high-end web interface. The concept was approved upon the first presentation; the design captured the brand’s core values so accurately that no additional iterations or revisions were required.
