Terms - in the calculator are indicated under ideal conditions: you promptly answer questions, prepare materials (for example, photos that should be on the site) and coordinate, most often we even manage to do it faster. If you answer for a long time, lengthy approvals and a lot of edits, then the deadlines may be longer.
Do you only design or do you also do programming?
If someone tell you that one person does the design, dev and also sets up advertising - either you are being deceived or they will do the job very badly. I only do design. If you need layout, SEO, text for the site, I will advise specialists.

Can we make a design first and paste the text later?
Yes. But keep in mind that it often happens that when the text is inserted, the design deteriorates and already looks “not like that”. It is almost impossible to insert other text at all (especially for banners and creatives). It is better to write the text first, and then design. Plus, it's more expensive because then you have to manually change the text to another, and this is double work.
