To ensure that you sleep peacefully and don’t worry, I provide all clients with a result guarantee – a refund if the result is not satisfactory. Design is a subjective matter, and everyone has their own “sense of beauty.” If you realize that you don’t like the design and revisions don’t help, I apologize for wasting your time and will refund your money. I will not engage in arguments and spoil the nerves for both you and myself.

I will not refund the advance payment in the following cases:

– If the concept has changed significantly. For example, if the theme has changed (for instance, a landing page for selling toys has been changed to a landing page for selling electronics) or if the technical specifications have been significantly altered after the task has been partially or fully completed, often requiring a complete redesign from scratch.
– If you have ordered a design and disappeared for 2+ months without prior notification, do not respond to messages or ignore them, and there is no feedback. I will consider the project closed due to the expiration of the deadline and keep the advance payment. If you need to postpone the project for some time, there is no problem; write to me in advance, and we will postpone it for as long as necessary.
– If the project has been completed (for example, a banner or creative has been made, and everything is great, and you’ve paid). A week later, you say, “give me my money back, the banner is bad! There are 0 clients from the ad!” – even though the whole problem was due to the targetologist’s improper ad setup.

*In case of a refund, I will not provide the source files. The design will remain the property of the author.

The price in the calculator is approximate, but generally quite accurate and can be used as a reference. If non-standard and complex solutions are required, the price may be slightly higher.

The timelines indicated in the calculator are based on ideal conditions: prompt responses to questions, preparation of materials (such as photos that need to be on the website) and approvals, and often we even manage to deliver faster. However, if there are long response times, lengthy approvals, and many revisions, the timelines may be longer. There was a funny moment when a client took 1-2 days to respond to simple questions and then complained to me that we were not meeting the deadlines.
