This document “User Agreement” is a proposal “Nikolaev K. D.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Owner”), conclude an agreement on the conditions set forth below
Agreements.
1. General provisions of the User Agreement
1.1. In this document and the resulting or related relations between the Parties, the following terms and definitions apply:
a) Site – Internet sites hosted in the nikolaev-design.com domain and its subdomains.
b) User – a person visiting the site
d) Service – a set of services provided to the User (digital design).
e) Agreement – this agreement with all the terms of the contract and with all additions and changes.
f) Digital design – digital design services: websites, presentations, mobile applications (Mobile App), advertising banners, consultation, etc.
1.2. Your use of the site in any way and in any form within its declared functionality, including:
Viewing materials posted on the Site;
Calculation of the cost of services on the page nikolaev-design.com/prices (is introductory and is not an offer contract)
Viewing the site for informational purposes
creates an agreement on the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine.
1.3. By using any of the above options to use the site, you confirm that:
a) Familiarize yourself with the terms of this Agreement in full before using the site.
b) You accept all the terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions and
restrictions on your part and undertake to comply with them or stop using the site. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to enter into a contract based on them, you should immediately stop all use of the Site.
c) The Agreement (including any of its parts) may be changed by the site owner without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website of the Site Owner or brought to the attention of the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
2. General terms of use of the Site
2.1. It is forbidden to use the site materials (icons, corporate identity of the site, photos, text, prices, structure, etc.) on other offline and online resources without notifying the Site Owner. All of this data is the property of the Site Owner and may only be used with permission.
2.2. It is forbidden to use site vulnerabilities (calculator errors, typos, hacking, etc.) for your own purposes and / or spread site vulnerabilities on the Internet
2.3. The site owner is not responsible for the technical malfunction of the site and any financial damage caused by the inoperability of the site
2.4. The site owner is not responsible for the discrepancy between the prices in the calculator at nikolaev-design.com/prices, since this calculation is introductory and is not an offer contract, but only an introductory
2.5. The site owner is not responsible for the accuracy of the data posted on all pages of the site. All data (website content) is fictitious. Any resemblance to other brands (of their trademarks, etc.) is purely coincidental.
